The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has formally opened the 2025 application process.

Applications are now open and can shut on fifteen December 2024.

*** Who qualifies for NSFAS funding

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must meet the subsequent criteria:

• Be a South African citizen or copyright who comes from a home having a combined gross domestic income that doesn't exceed R350 000 for every annum.

• Persons with disabilities qualify if their combined home profits will not exceed R600 000 per annum.

• SASSA recipients immediately qualify for funding and need more info not submit any evidence of earnings.
